Vendor Application Procedures:
Here's how to get started:
-
Read and understand our FarmTable Operations, Policies, Eligible Products.
-
Fill out the Vendor Application Form with as much detail as possible. FarmTable staff will be in touch to determine whether your application has been accepted.
-
Once accepted, complete a brief orientation of FarmTable with our staff. You will also receive an account and orientation for Local Food Marketplace, the platform through which we run our online store.
-
Submit an administration fee of $20 to Food Roots. We accept cash or checks made payable to Food Roots (memo “FarmTable vendor fee”).
-
Sign and return our FarmTable Operations, Policies, Eligible Products form.
-
New producers of edible food products must acquire necessary product liability insurance and applicable Oregon Department of Agriculture issued licenses and provide a copy to Food Roots FarmTable. Please review the "Resources for Producers" below for more specifics.
SELLING AT FARMTABLE
Interested in selling your products through FarmTable? We're always accepting applications for new vendors! Eligible products for sale through Food Roots FarmTable will have been grown, fished, or produced in our north coast region.
We welcome SNAP/EBT customers and offer special discounts!
Our online store allows you to pay with a credit card, or reserve your order and pay with SNAP/EBT or Farm Direct Nutrition Program checks at pickup. We also provide a 2 for 1 SNAP Match: spend $10 with EBT, receive $20 from Food Roots to spend on eligible food items!
We also offer Double Up Food Bucks Bounty Boxes for SNAP/EBT shoppers: Bounty Boxes offer a selection of locally produced food, catered to your family size and dietary preferences. SNAP customers receive 50% off the listed price!
You can also stop by our store in person! We can now take orders at the door to let you shop in person while keeping our customers and staff as safe as possible.
