The 5th Annual South County Pie Night celebration is coming on Saturday, March 16th at 7pm, with doors opening at 6:30! Presented by Windermere Real Estate – Pacific City, this fun and fantastic event will be taking place at the Kiawanda Community Center in Pacific City and will be a joint fundraiser for Food Roots, the Neskowin Farmers Market, the Pacific City Farmers Market and the South County Food Pantry.
For just $10 in advance or at the door ($5 for children 12 and under) you will gain entry to an exciting pie auction conducted by the amazing Dennis Love, followed by an all-you-can-eat pie and ice cream feast. This auction will feature over two dozen creative, delicious, and impressive pies from local bakers, chefs, and restaurants, all competing to outdo each other. Following this fast-paced auction will be an all-you-can-eat pie and ice cream feast accompanied by live music from Donna Jose. Beer and wine will also be available for sale.
For those who like their pie, this event is a particular treat. Fruit pies, custard pies, savory pies, vegan pies, gluten-free pies, and various pies-but-not-pies–all of them will be at this event!
It all takes place on Saturday, March 16th from 7 to 9pm at the Kiawanda Community Center in Pacific City, with doors opening at 6:30. There’s nothing better to get you through a winter’s evening than bidding on a delicious, locally made pie and then celebrating by eating as much pie and ice cream as you can, all while supporting some great community organizations.
